Is your company properly licensed and insured?

Although a relatively new business, Quail Creek Shuttle has always maintained proper licensing and insurance.  This includes all regulatory credentials for vehicles, drivers and management in Collier and Lee counties.

 

What type of vehicles do you have?

Quail Creek Shuttle offers a variety of luxury vehicles. We also partner with other trusted local car services to ensure that your requests are fulfilled.

 

How do we make a reservation or get a quote?

Go to the resevations and quotes page on this website and fill out reservation form or call 239-910-1045 and give us the details. Your request for either a quote or reservation will be confirmed by phone or email.

 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, Amex, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

 

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for airport shuttle and a seven (7) day cancellation policy for hourly bookings.

 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to a reservation could result in the cost of the reservation(s) being charged to your account.

 

For hourly bookings (events, errands, nights-on-the-town, etc.) that are cancelled 7 days or more before a scheduled pickup time, there is no cancellation charge.  Hourly bookings cancelled less than 7 days before a scheduled pickup time could be charged the 2 hr minimum.
