HISTORY
For over 30 years, Doug Arnold has been visiting Naples, Florida for vacations and family visits. As it became apparent that Doug and his wife, Barbara, would retire to Naples, Doug noticed that although there were dozens of limo and taxi services, the North Naples area seemed underserved. He felt there was an opportunity for an airport shuttle service focused on communities in North Naples – Quail Creek, Longshore Lake, Olde Cypress, Quail West, The Vineyards, Mediterra, Vasari, and Cypress Woods are just some of the communities in North Naples that were in need of a local airport shuttle service.
Although Arnold had owned an ad agency in Cleveland, Ohio for over 30 years, he started the airport shuttle service he had thought about for years - as a second career instead of retirement.
Barbara and Doug Arnold started QCS in early 2014. It remains a local, family owned company serving North Naples with prompt, courteous and reliable livery service to airports or around town for doctor’s office visits, errands and appointments. QCS’s certified professional chauffeurs will get guests to and from their locations, relaxed and in style, riding in a Mercedes estate wagon or other luxury vehicle.
Quail Creek Shuttle is a local, family owned - by reservation only - livery company located in the Quail Creek community of North Naples. Our mission is to provide our passengers with comfortable, reliable, safe and on-time service.
We provide livery shuttle service to South Florida airports or just around town for shopping, doctor’s appointments or special occasions. Quail Creek Shuttle specializes in service primarily to the Quail Creek area and the rest of North Naples, but we also cover all of Collier, Lee and Charlotte counties.
